She was predeceased by: her husband John Lewis Schoolcraft; her parents, Porter Rucker and Clara Davis Rucker; and her siblings, Roy Rucker, Evelyn Miller, Eloise "Pid" Shafer and Emerson Rucker.
She is survived by: her children, Joni Schoolcraft Dearien Harless, Todd Schoolcraft (Kelly) and Scott Schoolcraft (Jennifer); her siblings, Virginia Mace, Larna Hawkins, Barbara Chandler, Sue Cook and Homer Rucker; her grandchildren, Graham Dearien (Meghan), Seth Dearien, Sydni Harless, Sam Schoolcraft (Dallis) and Hannah Schoolcraft; and her great grandchildren, Cassius Dearien and Silas Dearien. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
