With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bertie Coiner of Elkview, West Virginia, who passed away on April 12, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Coiner and Nora Coiner; and her siblings, James Harry Coiner II, Victor Coiner, Don Coiner, Elizabeth Bolling, Frances Oliver and Nettie Pozzie.
She is survived by: her son Charles Thomas Coiner (Vickie); and her siblings, John Paul Coiner (Brenda), Lowell T. Coiner (Theresa) and Carolyn Sue Smith. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
