She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Parsons of Elkview; her sons, Timothy Grant Hayes of Huntington, Terry Lee Smith Jr. (Mikki) of Sissonville and James Wesley Smith of Sissonville; and her siblings, James Edward Hayes of Jordan Creek and Joyce Hayes of Charleston.
