She is survived by: her children, Gary Melton of Milwaukee, Sheila Melton of Elkview, WV and Diana Davis (Tony) of Elkview, WV.; her grandchildren, Mary-Kathryn Melton Nourse (Michael) of Anthem, Arizona, Carrie Melton Ferris (Joe) of Milwaukee, Josh Melton of Rapid River and Whitney Melton Oknin (Adam) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.; her great grandchildren, Noah (Alyssa), Andrew, Ava, Cali, Olive, Harper, Scout and Othelia; her brothers, Renford Keener, Jr. of Houston, Texas, Darrell Keener (Mary) of Belle and Kenneth "Pete" Keener Marshall of Tampa; and also Brenda Keener Beasley of Summerville.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hafer Funeral Home (50 N Pinch Rd, Elkview, WV 25071). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
