She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Williams and Susie Lillian Williams; her former husbands, Daniel Ray Jones and James K. Sigmon, Sr. of Charleston, WV; and her children, Phillip Jones of Elkview, WV, Cynthia Ann Berry (Bart) of Roane Co, WV, James K and Sigmon, Jr..
She is survived by: her sister Mary Messer of Maryland. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren nieces, nephews and cousins.
