He was predeceased by: his parents, Oden Linger and Helen Irene Campbell Linger; and his son Matthew William. He is survived by: his sons, Melvin Lee "Lee", Mark Alan and Steven Cody "Cody"; his granddaughter Marie; and his siblings, Roger (Anna) of Sunderland, MD, Steve (Veronica) of French Creek, WV, Danny (Mitzi) of Silver Spring, MD and Debi (Terry) of Edgewater, MD. He is also survived by his family and friends.
