He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward and Flossie May Oxley Morgan; his sister Shirley Varner; and his daughter-in-law Diane Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Parker; his sons, David Wayne Morgan (Deborah) of Elkins, Charles Edward "Pete" Morgan (Jamie) of Elkins, Glenn Wesley Morgan of Elkins and Stephen Doyle Morgan of Elkins; his sisters, Betty Hornick, Charlotte Elbon (Bob) of Dailey, Paula Snyder and Linda Cole of Elkins; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Jennifer, Kim, Joshua, Emily and Bryan. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
