She was predeceased by: her parents, William Baisden and Helen Louise Baisden (Dumire); her former husband Jack R. Wallace; her brother William "Denny" Baisden; her half-sister Gwen Baisden Adkins; her aunt Lucille Dumire Kight; and her cousin David R. Wallace.
She is survived by: her son Jack L. Wallace (LeEllen Phares) of Elkins; her grandchildren, Garrett R. Wallace (Laura) of Morgantown and Casandra "Cassie" A. Shiflet (Jon) of Elkins; her great grandchildren, Nathan Miller, Dahlia Wallace of Morgantown, Magnolia and Anna Shiflet of Elkins; and her friends, Amy Armentrout, Kitty Poling, Beth Wallace, Dorothy Merrill, Rich Liedy (Sarah), Rodney Pingley, Anna, Becky, Debbie, Devona, Jennifer, Lori, Roger, Trudy, Vicky and Victoria. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
