He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell H. Ward and Rachel Weese Ward; and his sisters, Sheila Gray Ward and Judy M. Summerfield. He is survived by: his sons, Russell H. "Butch" Ward, III of Elkins, Thomas C. and Ward of Frisco, NC; his siblings, Charles Ward (Vickie) of Elkins and Cynthia Talbott (Darroll) of Elkins; and his grandsons, Russell H. Ward, IV and Hunter James Ward.
The family request, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the Randolph County Senior Center, PO Box 727, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of "Butch".
