He is survived by: his wife Phoebe Ann Coberly; his son Charles Ramsey (Cheryl); his stepsons, Michael Coberly (Stephanie) of Elkins and Sean Coberly (Jamie) of Elkins; his granddaughter Nina Mae Coberly of Buckhannon; his sister Mildred Weese of Beverly; and his half-brother David Moats of Ohio.
