He is survived by: his children, Connie J. Kemrite (Ronald) of Elkins, Lynn A. Ritter (Jim) of Elkins and John R. Hinkle of Honolulu, Hawaii; his grandsons, Corey J. Ritter (Jazmin Gillum) of Elkins and Alex R. Ritter (Anju Nair) of Columbus, OH; and his stepdaughter JoEllen Howell of Elkins.
