He is survived by: his children, Ronald Vanpelt (Kim Hamrick) of Elkins, Renee Taylor of Dailey and Rhonda Vanpelt (Dustin Howell); his grandchildren, Freddy, Brandon, Cody, Tyler, Timmy, Kaleb, Stephanie, Christopher and Anna Markley; his great grandchildren, Leandra and Brooke; and his sisters, Genevieve Higgins and Mary Harris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
