She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin B. "Boss" Bell and Nela Mallow Bell; her husband Troy Wilbur Phillips; and her siblings, Delano Bell, Michael Bell, Ivan Bell, Jack Bell, Neva Riley, Wanda Wegman and Lettie See.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mamion Day of Louisville, OH, Louise Higgins of Elkins, Joy Day of Elkins and Don Bell (Loretta) of Anchorage, AK.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
