He was predeceased by: his mother Holly Cooper Williams; his wife Nina Lee Bennett; his stepmother Lena Williams; and his half-brother Wayne Williams. He is survived by: his sons, David L. Williams of Hurricane, WV and Douglas K. Williams (Sandy) of Elkins; his sister Karen Sue Chenoweth (Mike) of Elkins; his granddaughters, Holly Cutright (Scott), Amy Marstiller (Mitch), Emily Miller (Chris), Kate Adkins (Mark), Maggie Holtz (Ryan) and Amanda Parker (Ravi); his great grandchildren, Hannah, Tucker, Griffin Cutright, Delia, Kipton White, Emberlee Marstiller, Jase, Sydney Miller, Benjamin, Noah, Abby Adkins, Luke and Grant Parker; and also Marylou Raikes of Elkins.
