He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Collins and Genevieve Arbogast Collins; and his siblings, Richard, Jimmy Collins and Nancy Collins Greene.
He is survived by: his daughter Brandi Rochelle White of Glady; his brother Michael Collins of Elkins; and his grandchildren, Sophia and Kane White.
