With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy Kay Brake of Elkins, West Virginia, born in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on March 25, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Oliver and Nita Mae Lyons Jamison; and her sister Lu Ann Jamison. She is survived by: her husband Philip Wayne Brake; her children, Michael Jamison (Crystal) of Berkeley Springs, Zebadiah Unger of Martinsburg and Samuel Brake of Elkins; her siblings, Suzann Michelle Stevens (Steve) of Berkeley Springs and John Wendell Jamison (Cindy Lue) of Berkeley Springs; her grandchildren, Kennedi Jamison, Korbin Jamison, Riley Unger, Hannah Unger, Ella Unger, Karsyn Brake, Timber Brake, Eli Brake, Tinsley Brake and Myia Brake; her niece Shauni; and her nephews, Preston, Trevor, Remington, Payton and Michael.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kathy's memory may be made directly to the funeral to help defray funeral expenses.
