He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert [Abe] and Helen [Carver] Clingerman; his grandparents, George and Christine Carver; his wife Lois [Stewart] Clingerman; his children, Stephen (Kathy) of Morgantown, Kimberly Urban (Ryan) of Elkins and Sherri King (Danny) of Longview, TX.; his grandchildren, Jessica Goude [Michael], Ashley Godwin, Jennifer Kisamore [Shaun], Jonathon Clingerman [Cortney], Ann George [Dylan], Samuel Urban [Hannah], Jared King and Emily Mardian [Sean]; his great grandchildren, Kaylee Dawn Godwin, Grayson Layne Godwin, Sydney Rose, Zoe Genesis, Judah Zion and Lyric Hope Goude; his sister Jean Barr (Richard) of Daytona Beach, FL.; his siblings-in-law, Richard Peterson of McLean, VA, Arthur Lee Stewart of Belington, WV and Helena Liggett of Elkins; his sisters, Hattie Arbogast and Joan Peterson; his siblings-in-law, Lawrence Arbogast, Birch Hare, Barrett Liggett and Shirley Hare; and his great grandchild Micah Ray Clingerman. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
