He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Floyd and Auther Leona Mowery Grogg; and his siblings, Robert Mowery, Roy Grogg and Joyce Haney.
He is survived by: his children, Andrew Floyd (Linda) of Huttonsville and Evelyn Floyd (Kenneth Rowback) of Elkins; his close friend Wilda Blaine Kosik; his siblings, David Grogg, James Floyd, Danny Raines, James White, Dewitt "Gus" Pritt, Katherine Sleadge and Rose Davis; his grandchildren, Brooke Davis (Austin), Jalen and Andrew Floyd; his great grandchild Waylon Davis; and his former wife Joyce Elaine Floyd. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
