He is survived by: his children, James Brookins of Yorkville, OH, Doug Brookins of Mansfield, OH, Donald Brenwalt (Kimberly) of Belington, Dorothy Simmons (Todd) of Elkins and Diane Ryder (Phil) of Elkins; and his grandchildren, Christiana, Lauren and Madison.
