He is survived by: his sisters, Rita Karen Douglas of Lexington, VA., Pamela Jill Douglas (Lee Martin) of Lexington, VA. and Amy Jane Douglas (Kris Hunnicut) of Lexington, VA.; his goddaughters, Wendy Phillips Jones (Kevin) and Becky Phillips Wentz (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Lily, Micah, Gage, Jaide, Zack, Lance, Zayne, Jared, Justin, Isaiah, Malachi, Reagan and Cambrie; and his great grandchildren, Barrett and Ella.
