He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. Cupp and Gwendolyn Cupp. He is survived by: his sons, Harry Cupp, IV of Elkins and Matthew Adam Cupp of Elkins; and his siblings, Phillip Cupp of Elkins, Norma Joan Pitzer of Georgia and Jacquelyn Fletcher of Elkins.
