She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Foy, Sr. and Erma Channell Foy; her husband Rev. Donald Lee Fitzwater; her brother Russel Foy; and her brother-in-law Earl Fryor.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna J. Jones (Bob) of Elkins; her granddaughter Ashley Cunnigham Pearce (Mike Calhoun); her great grandchildren, Dominic Cunningham (Ally Simon) of Arlington, VA, Jackson of Summerville, SC and Lacey Keller of Summerville, SC; her stepgrandchildren, Ashley, Adam Jones, Chase and Katie Calhoun; and her siblings, Ronald Foy (Norma) of Akron, OH, Loy Dale Foy (Katherine) of Martinsburg, WV, Bill Foy (Mary) of Volga, WV, Daniel Foy (Susan) of Belington, WV, Larry Foy (Brenda) of Belington, WV, Paul Foy (Vicki) of Hunters Fork, WV, Sandra Foy of Charlestown, WV, Janet Fryor of Charlestown, WV and Paula Sue Miller (James) of Mechanicsburg, PA.
