He is survived by: his wife Peggy Silvester; his children, Brett Silvester and Janell Hutchens; and his brother Robert Silvester.

Viewing was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home - Elkins (120 1st St, Elkins, WV 26241). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
