She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Pettry and Frances Lively Pettry; her husband William Eugene "Bill" Clark; her daughters, Carol Lee Holt (Wayne) of Elkins and Lisa Lane Clark; and her brother James Pettry.
She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Pettry and Nancy Wilson of Danville, VA; and her grandchildren, Nick and Jordan.
