It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Katherine Pennington of Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William B. Caplinger, Jr. and Hoda Pingley Caplinger; her spouse Otha Carl Pennington; and her sister Eleanor M. Coonts. She is survived by: her daughters, Dorothy Marie Price (Dennis) of Elkins, Martha Diane Pennington of Manassas, VA and Sharon Lee Wheeler (David) of Elkins; her grandchildren, Elizabeth McLean (Bryce), Christina Lyle and Jaron Wheeler (Bailey); and her stepgrandchildren, Heather Yerem (Jimmy) and Andy Price (Lacey).
