The memory of Elaine Ware of Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away on February 2, 2025 at the age of 92, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicola Pizzoferrato and Rosa Antonia Polce Pizzoferrato; her husband Ronald Ware; her siblings, Orest, Anthony "Tony", Coste, Julio "Peets", Leeber Pizzoferrato, Rita L. Pizzoferrato, Frances DeMario and Mary Butch; and her nephews, James Butch, Michael DiMario and Joe Peets.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Christina Sanders (Chuck), Frances Butch, Cathy Jenkins (Lyle), Mary Rose Hise (Joe), David Buccini (Judy), Bob DiMario, Phil DiMario, Michael Peets (Char), Nick Ferrato and Phil Pizzoferrato. She is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:50 AM at the Saint Brendan Catholic Church (181 Saint Brendan Way, Elkins, WV 26241). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
