He is survived by: his wife Barbara Walden Tyre; his sons, Richard Edward Tyre and Matthew Albert Tyre; his siblings, Kenneth Albert Tyre of Becky's Creek, WV, Keith Tyre of Elkins, WV, Charlene Tyre Snodgrass of Elkins, WV., Carolyn Jean Tyre Jackson (Roger) of Elkins, WV. and Marilyn Tyre Moore (George) of Elkins, WV.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Garrett, Rachel Simmons of Morgantown, WV, Laura Simmons of Harrogate, TN, Caroline Simmons of Morgantown, WV, Tim Marshall of Colorado Springs, CO, Lydia Marshall of Colorado Springs, CO, Nick Marshall of Colorado Springs, CO, Sam Johnson, Ashley Carey, Luke, Michael Larson of Bismarck, ND, Hayley Kerns (Cody) of Elkins, WV and Lainey Tyre of Elkins, WV; and his friend Rob Nestor.
