He is survived by: his wife Gloria Armstrong; his son Darl "Tim" Kelley, Jr. (Anita); his grandchildren, Billy Davis, Jr. (Rigel Richardson) of Pittsburgh, PA., Jacob Kelley (Katlyn) of Elkins and Elizabeth Kelley (Michael Humphries) of Morgantown; his great grandchild Riley Kelley; and his brothers, Dale Kelley (Mabel) of Ohio and Dorsey "Bunny" Kelley of Junior.
