She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Lewis; her children, Kenneth Allen Severe Jr., Dannell Severe, Donna Sue Riner (Kasey) and Ryan Eugene Severe; her stepchildren, James Floyd Lewis (Rhonda), Larry Lee Lewis (Anna) and Rebecca Pearl Edmonson (Kevin); and her siblings, Roger Moore (Teresa), Jan Morgan, Twila Matlick (Doward), Mary Murray, Donna Staggs (Terry) and Rhonda Dumire. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
