He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lee "Bob" Hart, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Martha Hart of Beverly; his daughters, Madison of Elkins and Kennedy Hart of Elkins; and his siblings, Patrick Hart of Beverly and Misty Shreve (Todd) of Conway, SC..
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mount Carmel Baptist Church.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Mountain State Street Machines, C/O Our Town, Inc., 116 Second Street, Elkins, WV 26241 in memory of Bobby.
