He was predeceased by: his parents, Auston R. Mallow and Martha Day Mallow; his son Phillip Ray Mallow; and his siblings, Sadie Harlen, Ruby Mallow, Thomas and Kenneth Mallow.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Cowger of Beverly, Loretta Bowers of Martinsburg, WV, Tina Parks of Elkins and Michelle Simms of Montrose; and his siblings, Elmer Mallow (Carolyn) of Elkins and Mary Mitchell (Frank) of Aberdeen, MD..
