She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Boone Zirkle and Emily Jane Shreve Zirkle; her husband Ronald H. "Buck" Shiflett; her siblings, Daniel Edward Zirkle, Nellie Marie Carver and Bettie Louise Sturdivant; her grandson Alan Chamberlain; and her great grandchildren, Isabella, Brianna, Alanna Chamberlain and Katherine Bolgar.
She is survived by: her children, Howard Leon Shiflett, Gregory Allen Shiflett of Middletown, OH. and Telma Jean "Tammy" Shiflett of Huttonsville; and her siblings, James Lewis Zirkle, Junior Leon Zirkle, Lloyd Jackson Zirkle of Medina, OH, Raymond Neal Zirkle of Las Vegas, NV, Bertie Mae Stone of Newburg, WV and Emogene Simmons of Elyria, OH. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
