She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Phillip Evick and Helen Marie Poe Evick; her husband Sherwood "Shub" Collett; her son Kevin Dwane Collett; her siblings, Donald D. Evick and Marilyn J. Evick Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Jim Stalnaker and John "JD" Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Gregory Collett (Kelly) of Buckhannon, Brian Sherwood Collett (Patty Silver) and Carmen Marie Casey (Richard "Dick" Casey) of Whispering Pines, NC; her sister Carolyn Evick Stalnaker of Elkins; her grandchildren, Marc Gregory Collett of Buckhannon, Scott Steven Collett (Tiffany Johnson) of Morgantown, Lori Ann Casey Carr of Charlotte, NC and Kurt Lee Casey (Chloe) of Whispering Pines, NC; and her great grandchildren, Emma of Buckhannon, Macy Collett of Buckhannon, Luke Carr of Charlotte, NC, Paisley, Conner and Walker Casey of Whispering Pines, NC..
At her request, her remains were donated to the Human Gift Registry.
