She is survived by: her siblings, Donald R. Tephabock (Rita) of Ft. Ashby, WV, Forrest G. Tephabock (Bonnie) of Hartmansville, WV, Odessa R. Smith (Pete) of Keyser and Nancy L. Thomas of Elk Garden, WV.
