We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2019, at the age of 81, Shirley Joan Whitworth (Elk Garden, West Virginia), born in Germantown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse William; her parents, Eugene Umberger and Dorothy Umberger Wright; her children, Debbie Reed (Jon) of Elk Garden, WV and Brad Whitworth (Sue) of Wasilla, AK.; her grandsons, Joshua, Jacob, Jeremiah Reed, Christopher, Jeffrey and Gregory Whitworth; and her siblings, Jean Whitworth (Scott), Karen Harman (Randy) and Melvin Wright. She was also cherished by five sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, four foster children and many nieces and nephews.
