He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Paugh and Elsie Paugh (Feathers); his former wife Velma Paugh (Soloman); his close friends, Joseph "Junebug" Paugh, Warren "Ritchie" Paugh and Glenn "Dag" Paugh; his sisters, Marie Friend, Helen Weese and Lillian "Dusie" Henderson; and his sons-in-law, Daniel Ahern and Estel Ruble.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Ahern of Elk Garden, Lisa Dale (Steve) of Carlisle, PA, Curtis Paugh (Tina) of Elk Garden, Susan Paugh (Jerry) of Elk Garden, Rhea See (James) of Burlington, Justin Paugh of Elk Garden and Roger Paugh, Jr. (Misty); and his siblings, Bernard "Bun" Paugh, Leon "Nat" Paugh, Russell "Bobo" Paugh and Sherrie Lee. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crossland Cancer Center of Potomac Valley Hospital in his name.
