With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Regina Kelley (Elk Garden, West Virginia), born in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 29, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Luffey and Gladys Luffey (Willis); her husband Donald E. Kelley; and her children, Doris "Elaine" Allgood, Diane Thompson and David.
