He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia Jean Bircher; and his brothers, Dougie, Jr. and Douglas Wayne Bircher. He is survived by: his father Douglas Bircher of Elk Garden, WV; his children, Joshua L. Bircher of Elk Garden and Hayleigh Bircher of Petersburg; his brother James Bircher of Elk Garden; his half-sister Brooke Lynn Bircher of Kitzmiller; and his grandson Carson Hedrick. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
