It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leanna Charlene Hipp of Elk Garden, West Virginia, born in Oakland, Maryland, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxie Lewraine and Lenora Beatrice Weese (Haslacker); her husband Robert Otis "Bob" Hipp; her son Glenny Bailey; and her siblings, Roney, Roy Weese and Charlotte Hipp.
She is survived by: her children, Micky Hipp (Wanda) of Augusta, WV, Roy Weese, Jr. (Donna) of Petersburg, WV, Cynthia Hartman (Terry) of Elk Garden, Cheryl McDaniel of Oakland, Teresa MacLane (Bill) of Friendsville, MD, Rebecca Campbell (Randy) of Winchester, VA, Karen Sisler (Jeffery) of Oakland and Marie Helmick of Elk Garden; and her sisters, Joyce Hipp (Leslie) of Hartmansville, Wanda Hipp of Elk Garden, Cora Knox (Russ) of Oakland and Connie Swan of Oakland. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
