Joyce Ann Turner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2023, at the age of 62, Joyce Ann Turner of Elk Garden, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Leonard W. Spiker; her father-in-law Bruce Eugene "Pancake" Turner; and her great-niece Brianna Sulser. She is survived by: her mother Margaret A. "Peggy" Spiker (Dusenberry) of Elk Garden; her husband Jeffrey R. Turner; her son Aaron J. Tuner (Kristian) of Elk Garden; her grandchildren, Lydia and Haddie Turner; and her brother Ronald Spiker (Jacki) of Burlington. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and many close friends.
