He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William T. "Tommy" Dixon and Zona P. Dixon (Fout); his daughter Jodi Shillingburg (Frank) of Keyser; and his siblings, Sandy Swartwood (Jack) of Bethesda, MD, Debbie Kalfus (Steven) of Alabama and Steve Dixon (Terri) of Oregon.
