He is survived by: his parents, James R. Burdock and Suzanne Burdock (Farris); his wife Carolyn C. Burdock; his brother Michael Burdock (Jill); his nieces and nephews, Clayton, Joshua and Colleena Landis; his great-nieces, Brooke and Cassie; and his father-in-law Frank Riggleman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to Jamie's parents, James and Suzanne Burdock, 848 Nethkin Hill Road, Elk Garden, WV 26717 to help offset funeral costs.
