He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester B. Evans and Mildred Roderick (VanMeter); his stepfather Daryl Roderick; and his brother Daryl Roderick. He is survived by: his wife Debra Kay Evans (Wittman); his sons, Jason Evans of Fort Ashby, WV, Jeremy Evans (Tammy Keller) of Keyser, WV and Kevin Evans (Amy Dixon) of Elk Garden; his grandchildren, Jordan, Makenna, Miea Evans, Angel Roy and Ivory Moore; and his brothers, Bernard Evans (Linda) of Elk Garden and Paul Evans (Debbie) of Elk Garden.
