She was predeceased by: her parent William Maynard Forrest Tephabock; and her sister Mildred P. Tephabock. She is survived by: her parent Violet Pauline Tephabock (Brown); her daughter Teresa L. Tephabock of Elk Garden; her brother Donald R. Tephabock (Rita) of Ft; her wife Bonnie of Hartmansville; and her sisters, Odessa R. Smith (Pete) of Keyser, Shirley L. Tephabock and Nancy L. Thomas of Elk Garden.
