He was predeceased by: his father Marvin D. Daugherty (Murray); his former wife Shirley Ann Daugherty; and his siblings, Marvin Jr., Mary, Grace, Linda and Lucille Daugherty.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Daugherty of Elizabeth, WV; his sons, Douglas Daugherty (Tammy Daugherty) of Bridgeport, WV and Darien Daugherty (Jennifer Daugherty) of Elizabeth, WV.; his grandchildren, Jaclyn Cooksey (Matt) of Stewartstown, PA, Jessica Kidder (Jeffrey) of Washington, WV, Jenna Emerick (Brad) of Washington, WV and Logan Daugherty (Emily) of Charleston, SC; his great grandchildren, Kasen, Elijah Kidder, Margot, Sullivan Cooksey and Renley Emerick; and his stepchildren, Debbie Dennis (Rick) of Elizabeth, WV, Kelley Morris (Mark) of New Baltimore and Kenneth Bluew, Jr. of Ml.
