He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Glover and Audra Jane Moore Glover; his former wife Janice Kay Yoho Glover; his son Richard Allen Glover; and his siblings, Walter Glover (Donald) and Freda Murtaugh (Pooch).
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Metz Glover of Mannington; his son Roger Lee Glover of Mannington; his daughter-in-law Cathy Glover of Mannington; his grandchildren, Michael Glover (Sarah), Christy Richardson (Mitch), Garrett Glover (Tim), Andrew Glover and Shannon Glover; his great grandchildren, Delaney Glover, Reese, Evan Richardson and Natalie Daniel; his stepchildren, Cheri Hays (Mike), Tonya Lodge (Larry), James "Bo" Metz (Amy), Joni Latocha (John) and Jami Trowbridge (Dan); his stepgrandchildren, Dusty Hays, Daran Hays, Derek Lodge, Justin Lodge, Aubrey Metz, Claire Metz, Deacon Metz, Chelsi Latocha, Abby Latocha, Quint Latocha, Taylor Garrison, Luke Trowbridge and Carly Trowbridge; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brady Hays, Amelia Hays, Landree Hays, Lauren Lodge and Waylon Garrison; and his sister Betty Lou Roberty of Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
