He is survived by: his wife Sandra Eagle Caplinger; his children, Steven Caplinger (Christina) of Charlotte, NC, Angela Lehto (Neil) of Millsboro, DE and Amy Dutton (Cody) of Boerne, TX; his sister-in-law Jean; and his grandchildren, Courtney, Kayla, Cole and Sara.
