It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Boice of Elizabeth, West Virginia, who passed away on June 26, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Boice and Bertha Barnes Boice; his son Bernard Boice; and his brothers, Eugene and Howard Boice, Jr..

He is survived by : his wife Nina Ramsey Boice; his children, Darrell, Robert (Dianne), Dale Boice, Lora Cooper (Mike) of Elizabeth and Linda Boice of Parkersburg; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Boice of Elizabeth.

Visitation was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 29th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery South.
