He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenard M. Scott and Dicie Scott (Clevenger); his wife Judy (Goff); and his son Ryan Scott. He is survived by: his daughter Erin Scott; his grandson Jordan Scott; his sisters, RosaLee Simmons of Ashland, OH, Kay Nelson (Denny) of Cairo, Sue Barker (Randy) of Sutton and Mary Lou Clevenger (Danny) of Smithville; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Honaker, Betsy Wells, Kevin Simmons, Andrew Nelson, Rusty Barker, Matthew Nelson and Jacob Clevenger.
