He was predeceased by: his stepfather James Wade; and his stepbrother Wayne Wade. He is survived by: his parents, Joe Carmichael and Shelby Jean Wade; his siblings, Randy Carmichael (Judy), Alan Carmichael, Jim Wade (Kim), Sheila Munday (Duane), Lisa Fought (Keith), Linda Wade and Patricia Westfall (Richard); and his pet Andy.
